This mod is a “unique” Dwemer player home made with all new custom meshes.
The house contains many features.

A Dwemer Centurion that repairs armor & weapons
A working Dwemer toilet  :)
A hidden stash
A escape tunnel
Posable Mannequins to display your armor & weapons
Alchemy station
Many storage containers
A pet Guar
A new teleport system

INSTALLATION

Extract the 7z & copy everything to Data files

There are a few of shared files so if you get a overwrite prompt, do or don’t, it won’t matter.

PLAYING THE MOD

There is a short quest to get the house but it is not long.

To start go to Gnisis. Go north on the road towards the Imperial outpost & look for a dead guy on the right just north of
Assarnud cave.

Should not conflict with much ... if you find something let me know.

Works with Morrowind Rebirth 4.6

NOT compatible with OpenMW
 OpenMW is beta & many things still don’t work right
I don’t feel like rebuilding my whole mod to make it work with a beta
