A simple permadeath mod for Morrowind. When you create a new character, you will be allowed to choose the number of lives the character has (defaults to 1). When the character dies, saves for that character won't be playable.

A simple permadeath mod for Morrowind. When you create a new character, you will be allowed to choose the number of lives the character has (defaults to 1). When the character dies, saves for that character won't be playable.
This mod isn't going to prevent you from cheating, but it will provide a simple way to enjoy permadeath playthroughs if you let it.
Requirements & Installation:
This mod uses the alpha and thus experimental and not necessarily stable 2.1-branch of MWSE, currently in development. By using this mod, you're basically asking to be a tester! If you encounter any issues please post a report, ideally on the MWSE bug tracker. You can download the latest nightly build from the link below.
This mod requires Morrowind Graphic Extender (MGE-XE) version 0.10.0. Older versions will not work with MWSE 2.0+! Additionally, it will require the latest nightly build of MWSE 2.1.
To install the mod, extract the archive into your Morrowind installation folder. There is no ESP to activate.

Get the thrill of actually having to use consumables for once!
- When you make a new character, you get to choose if that character uses permadeath or not.
- The character can have a configurable amount of lives (default of 1).
- When a character dies, they lose a life.
- When the character is out of lives trying to load a save with that character will instead result in going to a new game.
