Better Moon and Star

Mod Description:
Ever feel that the enchantment on the so called legendary Moon and Star (AKA the artifact most related to YOU) was kind of underwhelming? For all the hype and lore surrounding it, and for all that talk of its "supernatural powers of persuasion", said powers where two measly 5 point boosts to your stats? Well, I did. And that's why I made this simple mod to buff up the stat boosts to something a tad bit better.
The new boosts are as follows:
10 points to Personality and Speechcraft (up 5 from the vanilla 5)
5 points to Mercantile (new. And getting better prices is definitely related to persuasion)
It's not the biggest buff, I know, but the point wasn't to make it that broken. Just better and tad bit better fitting into the lore. Also, because of the buff, I've increased the value of the ring as well to 3500 (up 1500 from vanilla 2000).
Hopefully I succeeded in my intention, but we shall see..........

Installation/Playing the Mod:
Download the mod, put the "better moon and star.esp" in your Data folder, and activate the mod in the mod organizer of your choice. Then launch the game. It's real simple and no different from playing many other mods.
Only requirement is Morrowind.esm.

Uninstallation:
Either delete the .esp or deactivate it in your preferred mod organizer. It's quite the same as uninstalling many other mods.
