There is not a whole lot of clutter this time around,, so it will be up to you to decorate the shelves and tables with your own loot. I recommend using a book rotation mod to make that endeavor a bit easier, it also looks a lot nicer like that. Again, I've used a spot of land that should make it both vanilla and Rebirth compatible. I did not change the terrain or moved statics, I simply added a house pod and a mushroom and that's basically it, so it should be easy to adjust for yourself if the terrain changes in future releases of Rebirth.
The interior is basic and should have sufficient storage for most collectors without going overboard. I'm pretty happy with the result overall, although I do find it a bit cramped. Should be easy to move/remove some furniture on your own in the construction set in case you happen to agree.
