This mod adds a small "Hobbit Hole" like two person home to the Pelagiad area. The home is located between the main road and back road to Pelagiad. The home features two beds, small storage, and a cozy furnace. It's more practical rather than functional. It's more for someone who likes smaller homes that are easily accessible, and not in the middle of a town. I made this mod for my brother and I to live in while playing on tes3mp (The Elder Scrolls III: Multi-Player).
