Are you sick and tired of all those nasty enchanters charging you thousands of gold for a simple healing ring? What about that feeling of hopelessness when you realize that you'll need to sell your soul in order pay for that high-level item you want to enchant? Well, say no more! Thanks to recent sanctions placed on Morrowind's corrupt economy by the Empire, all enchanters are required to lower their prices to 1/10 their original cost. Yay! Since enchanting the best gear on your own is impossible without using otherworldly means (cough, cough -- alchemy abusers), and those scheming enchanters will never reveal how they can enchant everything successfully, it's only fair that you should be able to afford their services. Disclaimer: This mod requires Morrowind, Tribunal, and Bloodmoon to function properly. Also, you will have to download this mod using the manual download because I don't know how to set it up to work with the vortex download. Sorry :(
