Cozy Caldera Cottage - A Modest Player Home

Right outside the north gate of Caldera a small, unique home has recently become strangely vacant. Ask for rumors in Caldera or simply investigate around the house yourself to find out what happened. Once inside you'll be treated to a lovely, warm, and cozy house with ample storage and supplies for the up-and-coming adventurer. Outback you'll find a fully-furnished deck next to a flourishing garden. Around the corner, you'll find a nice spot for training your ever-growing skills. And, strangely enough, up top, you'll find a wooden deck supplying you with a gorgeous view of the Caldera countryside.

Notes:

• This mod was originally made strictly for Morrowind Rebirth, but I went back and made it compatible with vanilla. It is very difficult for me to test this vanilla version, but should work just fine. Let me know if you have any issues. 
• This is my first "real" mod for Morrowind if I messed something up, please kindly let me know!
