Fixes a tree in Tamriel Rebuilt that is imcompatible with Vurt's Leafy West Gash tree replacer.

With Vurt's replacer, a tree in cell (25,2) floats above the ground at a weird angle.

This fixes the tree so it looks right with the replacer; although, the tree still looks fine with the vanilla model.

If there are any more weirdly place statics in Tamriel Rebuilt caused by using Vurt's Leafy West Gash, just let me know, and I'll try to fix them.


Use with Tamriel Rebuilt 17.9 and Tamriel Data version 4.
