This is my first mod ever so please be patient with me, I am not very good at this so please don't make a big deal of it.
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
After you download the .wav file go to your Morrowind directory folder then go to DataFiles/Sounds/Fx/inter and backup
the .wav file called levelUP.wav and drag and drop the levelUP.wav file you downloaded from here into the inter folder and click replace.
After that it should work, and if it doesn't I don't know what to tell you. If it for some very rare reason breaks your game, just drag and drop the backed up levelUP.wav back into the inter folder.
