That was unnecessarily cruel. Did you notice he never published another mod after this one? What if *your* blithe comment was the one that sent him running from the endeavor? You *could* have provided him with some sort of constructive criticism so he'd at least know what to try to change or improve.
I mean...let's just invoke Godwin's Law: Hitler wanted to be an artist. The art professor he showed his drawings to said his work was utter rubbish. So...Hitler gave up drawing, and went into politics....
I agree that the texture choices, and the building design, are intensely modern and unlikely to fit the tastes of most Morrowind players. It rather reminds me of some of the "better" houses in Budapest in the early 80s. It was somewhat easy to find places decorated like this well into the late 90s around a lot of Eastern European countries...maybe even later. The less upscale places were less 70s and more 50s....
This guy is quite likely old enough to be your grandfather or great grandfather (if he's even still alive). To have been an adult buying and using publishing programs from the early 80s means he's definitely got some serious years on most Morrowind players.
Seriously though, be *kind* in your corrections and commentary. You will *never* look into the eyes of someone God does not love.
What I met is the those texture came with very old publishing programs. Like print artist 4. Most of all those programs are no longer supported by the publishers.
