These look so good still in 2023, is their any chance they can be made compatible with project atlas. The fps gain is fantastic for the supported textures.
I am getting Morrowind reinstalled and modded up. Looking forward to trying out some of your mods. I already have your Armor textures installed and they are great. These texture screenshots look excellent as well. Also looking forward to trying out your Greater Dwemer Ruins mod.
So I decided to play Morrowind again in 2018 and this amazing mod and your other retextures makes the game still beautiful. I just encountered one problem with this, the world map doesn't work. Local map looks fine, but the world map appears blank no matter what areas I uncover. Any idea how to fix that? Tried to reinstall the game with only this mod active but the map still doesn't work.
Being the pedant that I am, I have never really found a comprehensive texture mod that I have been satisfied with in its entirety...my textures folder is a mash-up of textures from SO many different mods. This mod comes very, very close to being one I could install without making any changes (for me, that is saying a lot). The only (very few) things I would change back to what they are now are some of which I have grown extremely fond that will blend in well with this mod. I mean like three or four textures.
Thank you, Darknut, for these excellent textures, and for continuing to update your mods (and create new ones) for Morrowind. There is a reason we still play the game, and this mod will go a long way to freshen things up for me. Nicely done.
PS: I am sorry if I sound critical. I don't mean to; I love all the textures in this mod, it's just that I have a few "hard-coded" favorites.
