Testosterone-marketing aside, this lore-friendly mod allows the ability to enchant the Restore Magicka effect onto items. You must learn this effect from the spell Feedback that can be bought from Sharn gra-Muzgob in the Balmora branch of the Mage's Guild (if she's dead, enter Player->addspell "feedback" into the console). Feedback is a useless spell on its own and only exists so enchanting with the titular magical effect is possible.
The base cost of the effect has not been changed and I have kept the inability to make Restore Magicka spells (since you'd get a net gain of Magicka with the vanilla base cost, which is cheating and makes no sense).
This mod is very clean and lightweight as it only changes 3 things: Sharn's spell inventory, the Feedback spell and the flag that enables Restore Magicka enchantments.
