About this mod
A simple mod I made that removes the ability to rest without a bed. It is still possible to 'wait'. Also has a TR version.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THIS MOD IS AFTER ANY MODS THAT EDIT CELLS IN YOUR LOAD ORDER, OTHERWISE THE CHANGES MAY BE OVERWRITTEN FOR THOSE CELLS WHICH WERE CHANGED.
Resting is overpowered in Morrowind. In vanilla, the only reason one would ever need health restoration spells/potions would be to heal mid-combat. Why waste your gold/magika on restoration spells/potions/scrolls when you can just run back 20 feet and heal at the click of a button? This mod fixes that. Now, every cell (and I mean EVERY cell) in the game is set to "resting illegal" so that the PC can never rest without a bed. Now there is an actual reason to stay at inns and spend gold on restoration items. 'Waiting' is still possible. I am actually surprised I could not find a mod that already does this without changing other things.
THIS MOD IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH PREVIOUS SAVEGAMES. You must create a new character for the changes to fully take effect, otherwise you will still be able to rest in cells you have already visited.
This mod requires Tribunal and Bloodmoon
Use the TR option file if you use Tamriel Rebuilt.
This mod should be compatible with any other mods, even ones that add new cells, but the new cells will not be affected by the changes, so unless the mod author made it otherwise, you will be able to rest in these new cells added by mods. I did change the GMST that decides whether or not the PC is attacked when resting, so if this is the case, it should at least be pretty difficult to actually rest without being attacked.
