2 of the houses seem to be copy-pasted from a vanilla interior, I'd suggest editing the lay out a bit to make it more varied.
The same 2 houses have very similar clutter, I'd suggest switching the books to make each house have different books, and each house's books not have 2 of each copy (I doubt the residents would have 2 of each book they own, especially when their neighbor has the same 2 copies). Perhaps one is messy and has individual coins or some common clothes scattered around their bedroom and cheap weapons and non-skill books scattered about the living room, while the other has OCD and must keep everything in their proper place (might be a fun quest idea too, if perhaps the clean neighbor wants you to straighten his neighbor's place up, while the messy neighbor wants you to dirty his neighbor's house up a bit, and you having to pick sides.)
And one last thing, one of the traders has the sign of I think the Smith hanging outside of their house (I can't remember the name, but the one with the incorrect sign isn't one of the houses near the Governor's Hall if that helps narrow things down), this should be changed to the correct name.
I love what I see so far, but I think if you fix these then it'd be awesome... Oh, and congrats on your first mod release!
- I'd use less cobblestones and more grass, to give the area a more natural feeling. - Add crates/barrels and misc items to the exterior to make it look more 'lived in'. - Add some roots to the trees.

Ground/dirt texture makes more sense than curvy pavement
My advice:
- I'd use less cobblestones and more grass, to give the area a more natural feeling.
- Add crates/barrels and misc items to the exterior to make it look more 'lived in'.
- Add some roots to the trees.
Cheers
