   just a heads up, with https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/45654 installed both the bedroll and the tent takes over the function of your teleport amulet

   is there a reason why I always get the alchemy set to spawn in my inventory every time I use the lab? Id like that to not happen lol

   Good work on the exterior, carefully placed items all around, nice decorating. Excellent work all around, contender for the one Balmora home to rule them all. Particularly for me, as I prefer smaller houses over manors and the like. Feel free to make more house mods you seem to have a knack for it.
