Randomizes Umbra's location between ten different Vvardenfell locales.
Uses a custom leveled list to accomplish this, don't be scared of removefromlevcreature it's not going to bite you.
update 1.1 makes it compatible with just about any umbra mod out there
it also adds two new locations for him for an even 10
compatible with Umbra - Blademaster
spoilers! Possible locations (they're all close to towns, mostly):
-south of ebonheart
-west of maar gan
-west of molag mar
-south of tel vos / vos (sort of in between)
-in the middle of valenvaryon
-near the shrine of azura
-regular spawn
-near the ghostgate temple shrine
-just west of dagon fel
-ashlands region south of balmora / east of hla oad
