About this mod
I have up scaled & used that oil paint filter in good old CS6 once again to take those jagged pixelated laden textures of better clothes to HQ then layered them with HQ fabric textures. Viola!!! HQ Clothes textures.

P.S I brighten up these screen shots so I need to make better ones they don't depict an accurate look I can see this already. I'm going to consider this a W.i.p at this point and fix tweak it so far from a finished project. Expect updates.

Description
I have brought Galleo's good clothes to HQ.
Thank's Galleo for your permission. This, I imagine can be used with Better Clothes since his mod is based off the same mod. Note the original normal maps have not been changed though I'm not sure how much of a difference there will be.
Recommendations
I am also using the new weight balance mod Swole S'wits by Guymandude to keep consistency with the body and clothes.
I am using it coupled with my Morrowind's Remastered clothes mod along with the new alternate re-textures of this mod.
I have charged Galleo himself for this task of making new normal maps. He said, I will do it for the love of the game & All for the players and fans a very good game, the world of "The Elder Scrolls" and "Morrowind" in particular
