Simple spell to summon NPCs to your current location or use the spell to travel to NPC's location.

This is quite unimaginative mod. I created it mainly because I wanted to test what is the most efficient way of storing string data in imperishable form. Plus I couldn’t find NPC teleportation mod that suited my taste so I decided to make one.
New spell is automatically added to player's spell list. If players casts it in front of NPC that NPC will be memorized as one of the targets. If spell is casted without target menu will pop up that will allow player to manage NPCs.
Spell can't be used on hostile targets (but calming them will make the spell work).
The spell can memorize 8 NPCs. You can use the spell to either summon NPC to your current location or alternatively you can use it to teleport yourself to their location as long as NPC isn't in outdoor location.
Merzasphor's MWSE update required, if someone (for some reason) would like to use older version of MWSE I could upload alternative version that supports it.
