I enjoy this mod, and after a weekend of trying it, I think the one thing that can improve on it is some minimal stats. Even if it's 5-10, which still makes the game hard, since your skills are non existent. Without any stats of any kind, you spend most of your time jumping in place naked, hoping to level soon.

Make sure you put your difficulty to 100 and combine with mods that further increase the difficulty.
