As I thought that Altmer were too weak and were given too many weaknesses, I decided to make this small mod and release it here.
It removes all their weaknesses, and adds 25% of resisting magic.
Installation: Simply unpack file "Altmer change" to your Data File folder. Activate it through launcher.
