Absolutely adore this mod for the incredibly simple yet incredibly effective alchemy sorter in the basement.
NOTE If you are using mortimermcmire's Quick Loot mod, make sure to BLACKLIST the alchemy containers in the basement so you don't accidentally loot the invisible object that the sorter is using as a reference to sort your ingredients into the jars. If you do, I don't think there's a way to fix it. So better to just blacklist the containers. Simply search cali2 in the blacklist filter list, and this mod's alchemy containers should all appear there. Search cali2, click toggle filter to bring them all over, and done.
For some reason, the key never appeared for me... could someone give me the ID so I can spawn it in? I'm effectively blocked from this content due to this strange bug.
Ah, I figured it out. I have the "Morroblivion" version of this mod, and the key is located near the stairs on the roof in a chest in my version.
Just love this house. Thank you so much to the guys/gals who created this, made it available! Alchemy sorter is a dream come true. Allows me to get into the game more without dreading going through all my nice new shiny treasures. The pictures on the jars are awesome, I've gotten so familiar with ingredients I just look for the the picture I want. Just a perfect perfect home for me in Morrowind! Thank you!
This is a really cozy house which has been designed really well. : )
As someone already mentioned in the comments, the only issue is getting on the roof as the player may get stuck in the doorway. Otherwise it's pretty great.
Great house. Its nice, small and straight to the point. I love size of the alchemy jars, it makes it easy to see the pictures and the little globe to sort your ingredients into the jars. Theres even jars for the expansion ingredients. I just with the chest were slightly bigger but thats only an issue if you're a kleptomaniac like me. Best of all is its in balmora, which is my favorite.
Edit: I went into construction set and edited the chest size and moved some furniture and now this house is perfect.
Great house! Thank you for sharing. I especially like the robust alchemy support.
Pros: Individual jars for each alchemy ingredient, with pictures on them! The ingredient sorter The location
The only suggestion I have is to add a mannequin (that works like a permanent corpse for infinite storage). That addition would it the perfect house. (Otherwise I'd still have to use good ol' Ralen Hlaalo to store most of my incredible amount of loot).
Thanks for the nice house. Its a well fitting player home and it workswith some minor tweaking beside Morrowind Rebirth. Only one strange thing I noticed: Its hard to get on the roof for some reason. After the doorframe I always stuck.

I would also like to know where did you find the chests textures we can see in the images, I really like it.
