Adds an enchanted belt to the beginning of the game so you can you know, start faster.

"The purpose of this mod was to add a pair of shoes in the beginning of the game that boost speed
but also don't break the game (too much at least). No one likes being a slow poke!
It was originally shoes but I changed it to a belt due to beast races, and I also increased the speed boost
a bit during the last update. I have also included the original shoes version of the mod for those that may prefer it, so please!
Only activate one of the mods, unless you like overlapping.
***The Belt can be found in the top floor of the Seyda Neen Lighthouse. It is
under the bench at the top of the stairs and is hard to miss. Enjoy!"
