Trebonius will challenge you when you are a Wizard, but this is supposed to not happen until Master Wizard. This script fixes that. This script also makes a comment in the code actually be correc. The comment says that a particular dialogue should never be reached, the one where Trebonius says, "Now we are both Arch-Mage". This dialogue can not be reach if you complete the Arch-Mage quest with this plug-in installed, but it is not retro-active.
