v1.10 is the intended MGE-XE implementation. Somehow when I updated from 1.0 to 1.1 I errantly included the older, obsolete, non-MGE time scaling implementation. The end result is mostly the same, and apparently no body noticed. Anyways, the v1.10 version is the one I have been using the past 2 years, is compatible with MWCMD Sky Diversity, and is recommended.
Good to know! The two mods should go very well together, then -- realistic seasonal and positional daylight, with realistic travel time through wilderness (which is supposed to be much more massive than the game depicts, even with a 30x faster timescale).
Sadly DTS is broken by MCP's "CellChanged" fix, which I need for the latest version of MWSE. Hopefully DTS can be updated soon to rectify this.

From looking through the Fliggerty's Almanac (FA) read me and scripting I think the main ones are: 1) FA sets the sunrise and sunset times based on day of year and Solstheim or non-Solstheim location whereas this mod sets them based on day of year and player latitude (world y-coordinate) 2) FA uses MGEpipe functions I'm not sure are supported with MGE-XE whereas this mod uses xsetsunrisesunset functions that are 3) FA makes changes to weather and moon light that this mod does not
