Best thing about this mod is that there is a minimum of respawnable items.   Problem with most house mods is that the mod creators usually include items (decorate the home interior), many of high value to the point of being "cheese", that will respawn if the player moves, or removes them from where they were originally placed.  Thus, cheesy exploits are introduced.  In my current playthrough, I was using a very old mod called "Stank Manor", which introduces an apartment in the canal works of the Foreign Quarter.   The former occupant was a skooma, and sugar addict, and the place has this junk all over the place.  Tidy up the place by moving it into a container, and eventually it all respawns.   It's almost as if your home is occupied by someone else when your're not there,  and they leave their scuzzy drugs all over the place.  Thus, Stank Manor is no viable as a home.  This mod is far better because there are only a couple of items placed by the mod creator, so respawning doesn't look like it will be a problem.  Endorsement likely forthcoming once I've played it long enough to know for sure.

I love this mod! It's the little things in life, y'know? The sorters are handy; always felt like the alchemy system in Morrowind could really use something like that, it's such a chaotic mess otherwise. And just the feeling of greater comfort in a house I've used for many characters is really nice... this time around, I decided to RP that I inherited the apartment from my surviving parent (I, uh, get really into writing backstories.) Just received the return ring in the Vvardenfell mail one day, I guess! The return ring is a nice touch - author mentions it as standard but I'd never seen it before; glad it doesn't eat up my Mark & Recall location. Also I like the idea of using either Recall or Almsivi Intervention to exit, and the return ring to enter, so that no one knows I live there. I am a spy, after all. Thank you!

Nice, small hideout in Vivec City. Maybe a little too dark.
