Hello there, as part of my take on feedback issues I have stated that I will be helping fellow new modders by reviewing their content: http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/images/2670/?

I am testing your mod now

While installing this I put it through tes3cmd, a cleaning software tool for Morrowind. Found some dirt, here's the output:

    Cleaned duplicate record (ALCH): p_jump_e
    Cleaned junk-CELL: azura's coast region (8, -13)
    Cleaned junk-CELL: azura's coast region (8, -14)
    Cleaned junk-CELL: ascadian isles region (7, -13)
Cleaned redundant AMBI, WHGT from CELL: vivec, foreign quarter lower waistworks

    Cleaning Stats for "SweetRest.esp":
    duplicate record: 1
    junk-CELL:3
    redundant CELL.AMBI: 1
    redundant CELL.WHGT: 1

This is nothing extremely bad, in fact it's good that there's no Evil GMSTs, but you should look into this if you have the time. I will be posting a full review as a reply to this comment after I finish playing your mod, I hope you will take it into consideration as you work on future projects or make improvements to this one

Ehhh this mod is a mixed bag for me. Let me start off with how well designed the shop and tomb is, great visuals and attention to detail there. The shop is very cozy, with the tomb having an unique atmosphere. Speaking of the tomb, it is completely optional and has nothing to do with the wild goose-chase of a quest this mod includes.

For the quest, pay attention to every bit of dialogue to figure out where the objective is. I ended up using the CS to find where it is because I got sick of the goose chases.

The characters in the shop are ultimately boring, there's no memorable dialogue, in fact they only have a little dialogue, the only character I found interesting was Faelina, partly because her dialogue actually changes if you raise her disposition up, no one else's did. They're so boring I was yawning as I slaughtered everyone lol as the only two people who put up a fight is the owner of the shop and Faelina. While slaughtering people I also noticed that no one would help each other, and I didn't get a bounty for killing a single one of them despite everyone watching me and the fact that I'm in a shop in a city, very immersion breaking. They need that fixed along with combat upgrades.

The only reason why I mention the characters is because the focus of the mod is to "give the player a cozy place to rest and talk to the patrons in between adventures"

The quest reward itself is balanced, along with the tomb rewards, although everything in the tomb is leveled so it's pretty empty if you do it low level.

Happy to say I encountered no bugs or conflicts while playing

Will I endorse this? No. But I will track it and look forward to future updates, as this mod can be great with new content.
Please don't let my harsh criticism discourage you, that is not my intention at all. Overall this mod is good for a first time mod, it just could be better.

Looking forward to seeing new content from you

Thanks for the in depth test & review, great help! Particularly regarding the cleaning, I simply put it through the Morrowind enchanted editor for cleaning, as I don't know much about the process, but I'll be sure to take a look at tes3cmd next time I use the construction set.
Not currently working on anything but I have some ideas for expanding on this mods, I'll surely focus on adding more content to each character when I get back to it, really I should have seen it coming that the characters would be a bit uninteresting as my play tester wanting something to do in the shop was the only reason I even added the disposition change to Faelina.

Regarding combat & thieving reactions; this is something I did not even think to test, would you happen to know off-hand how to fix that? I wouldn't know where to start unless it's as simple as modifying their combat/flee/greeting values.

Regardless, thanks again for playing through my mod!

I don't know how to make it so that you get a bounty for killing yet, or make them help each other (that's something I gotta figure out for my own mod), but for thievery you need to set the ownership on the items (books, candles, etc.) laying about to a npc of your choice. You can do this on the bottom of the item description menu left of the teleport option and right under 3D size. To make them put up a fight you need to lower their flee values (not too much, they are civilians not warriors, and do not raise fight values this will make them attack the player on sight) and give them at least a dagger or something a civilian would have, maybe some destruction spells, give the orc an axe.

I recommend posting a topic on the Bethesda Forums Morrowind Mods page asking your questions there.

Glad my review didn't crush your spirits lol

Nice mod! I haven't finished the quest yet, but the characters in the teahouse are really well made and interesting, and the dungeon really feels like something Bethesda would have made, reward is cool and pretty special but not overpowered for the difficulty level.
