Adds a large player home on a small, newly added dock off the coast of Seyda Neen

Adds a fully furnished player home along a small dock off the coast of Seyda Neen. House is complete with various utilities, including a room dedicated to quick teleportation to many of the major cities of Morrowind. The house contains many storage options, and contains many items expected to be within a house. The house is not a cheat house, and does not contain any items that would give your character a significant advantage early in the game.
Note: This mod may conflict with other Seyda Neen mods, but is unlikely to do so due to its position atop the water.
