About:

Requires Bloodmoon!

My newest mod which adds a comfortable, lore friendly manor to everyone's favorite backwater town, Sedya Neen!

As of Update 3, adds the house as a reward for completing "Death of a Taxman" quest(you'll still get the 500 septims)

The house is designed to look and feel like it was in the game to begin with(the idea being that it's the tax collector's old house), so no over the top bells and whistles here, however, it has everything you could need, Like:

- Lots of storage space and a bed
- Near full sets of steel and netch leather armors
- A few Dwemer artifacts
- Some books
- A full alchemy set
- A MOUNTED CLIFF RACER HEAD!! @[email protected]
- And lots of stuff to sell if you want to redecorate, annnnd it's all unowned!
- Update 2.1 integrates the house as a quest reward for "Death of a Taxman" with added dialog!

IMPORTANT!

IF YOU ARE UPDATING TO 2.0 or higher, YOU WILL NEED TO START A NEW GAME OTHERWISE WEIRD THINGS WILL HAPPEN!

Updates:

4/1/16

- Mini update: Added extra chests and removed the store limit on them and the closet

Update 2.0(6/16/16)

- A good amount of aesthetic changes to the exterior and minor changes to the interior which give the house a more unique look, while remaining lore-friendly.

Update 2.1(2/5/17)

- Integrates the house as a quest reward for "Death of a Taxman" with added dialog!
-Adds a chair and lamp on the dock
- Other minor aesthetic edits
