Overall, a nice replacer and design. Really fits into Pelagiad and Morrowind.
There are also some flaws though: The door to the interior of the fort is misplaced. The layout would be weird when compare to the shape of the fort. I suggest returning back the main entrance door to the middle, not up around the stairs. The plugin needs to be cleaned. More than 100+ instances of dirty instances are found when scanned with tes3cmd.

Secondly, I'd like to point out that this mod hasn't been cleaned. I understand that it's only version 0.2 (and thus, you've likely got quite a bit left to mess with it!), and considering that your other Stav's Box mod is clean, this was probably an oversight.

the fort mesh is better, more smooth and its a higher more imposing building now
plus there is gallows
