A new little shop on the road outside of Port Telvannis run by an old retired adventurer and Telvanni Lawman, The shop keeper has a fair amount of gold and while he doesn't have a great deal of stock he is always interested in expanding his range.

Bits and Chitin is a small shop mod located just outside
of Port Telvannis in the tamriel rebuilt landscape, the
shop is run by Rethil Telmoris, a retired adventurer and
Telvanni Lawman who resides just outside of town writing
books and trading with passers by.
The mod includes, a new building, a new npc and a new book.
It requires Tamriel Rebuilt and was made with version 15.12
but as long as future or past versions don't change the area
It shouldn't be an issue.
It's inconsequential, Lore friendly and adds to the already bustling
city of Port Telvannis.
