Had to delete the animation files in the patch for purists folder, Patch for purists wasnt just overwriting female animations, but the whole mod for me. works fine now

If anyone else is wondering why the female walk forward animation is vanilla I found this in the included in the readme

    >0.32: Fixed an issue where the female's first camera was bobbing up and down. Removed new female walk forward animation.

So the mod is working, the animation you are looking for is no longer in it.

Here is an up to date mod that has basically the same stuff and almalexia casting being optional https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/49785

Mod doesn't seem to work at all.
I've tried removing the conflicting Patch for Purists files, tried reinstalling both this and Patch for Purists via MO2, also tried installing both this and Patch for Purists manually and I've even tried installing this both manually and via MO2 without Patch for Purists even in my directory and still this mod just won't work.
Am i missing anything? any help would be appreciated.

Almost annoying as you people who REEEEE in comment sections because you don't know how to mod your game properly.
Funnily enough, all the people in this comment chain seem to be primarily Skyrim users or people who use OpenMW and ignore compatibility/installation instructions. That explains a lot tbh.

Laughable comment. No warning on what this is and isnt compatible with, installation instructions literally go along the lines of 'just install it duh!'. I dont understand why people in the modding community are so chronically unhelpful and or snarky. Its very clear to me from this chain that this is an issue multiple people are facing. Not a big deal honestly, but would be nice if the person who fixed it for themselves shared HOW exactly they did that.

He did explain how he fixed it, the keyword was "sorted", so it was just his load order lol

Hi! Is the author still around?
I've noticed that its impossible to do short attacks (at least with 1h weapons) in 3rd person now, does this mod alters a location of "min attack" and or "min hit" textkeys of attack animations?
I'm also making a mod overhauling NPC combat AI, part of it is them being able to mix short and full attacks, so having animations always hardcoded into full attacks is really undesirable. Was there a specific reason for that change?

I'm still around Nexus Mods but haven't touched Morrowind in close to a decade. As far as I remember there is no such thing present in the mod.

It certainly did alter those for some attacks, i believe only for 1h attacks. Other weapons were untouched.
      I fixed it here https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/55059

Is it possible to make this work with "idle animation Fix" so NPC don't drift overtime?, this mod is a must, but I will love to have them combined, And the one bellow always disable the other, Same case with PFP :(

I do think it's possible but not by me. Haven't touched the game in a decade.
