Short story:
Mod made by me because earlier discovered another, which is not very convenient, uses of race that may lead to conflict, and generally in my opinion this simplification early in the game leads to the fact that the meaning is lost in the development of battlefield skills. However, out of interest, did this increase the attack early in the game, but a few for her :) In fashion, the script triggers the question on "how much You want to improve the attack" is on "ring attack" so-called Chita, which lies in a large barrel that the door to the office of captain of the guard is kept in the Office of taxes and duties is, in Seyda Neen :) and, accordingly, runs after putting on the ring at the beginning of a new game, but this "bonus" is probably needed only in the beginning of the game, because the player 10-20-30 level, this is a gift no need :)... maybe... If the player chooses increase attack cheat really, 30 or more units, after the consequences might be ;) as a joke of Sheogorath :)))))))))
Two weeks after the activation of this bonus, the script should remove it and stop.

How to play:
Yes in any way :) Just put in and play, ie to start the game, take with a ring of Fargate in a barrel "ring attack Cheater" and put it on, preferably having already "into the light", ie, after the receipt of all certificates, papers and directions and all :)
If You wish to run the plug-in already after starting a new game, then in the barrel ring will not, because Morrowind stores the data that was already in the prior version, So: only through the console to add yourself to the ring inventory by typing : Player->additem "_GL_c_ring_Attack_Cheater" 1 and it will appear in your inventory.
Note:
Mod is not recommended for children because they can develop the desire to all at once and without cost, which violates the law of conservation of energy :).
