This mod is Sheogorad - The Frozen North, so I’m not sure what you mean. Regardless, this mod works pretty well with a lot of mods that change parts of the Sheogorad region, including any Ald Redaynia mods, so long as it’s installed last. Otherwise those other mods might revert landscape textures to vanilla.
This looks absolutely awesome. Quick question: is this compatible with anything that adds specific buildings to Dagon Fel? I'm not talking about Epic Dagon Fel or Dagon Fel Expanded, but rather mods like the Dagon Fel Mill (http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/42981/?) or other mods adding a house or shop but without altering the rest of the town.
I've been running this alongside Abot's scenic modpack, which I believe includes Dagon Fel Mill(either that or something else does), epic Dagon Fel, and a few others that affect it, and haven't run into any problems with the area
This looks really interesting. It's great what such a simple change can do to the overall atmosphere. While I probably won't use this permanently, this still seems like a worthwhile addition.
Thank you -very- much. I like the style, and I like that it meshes so well with the existing animated grasses, etc. You've really done well by the look of it, complete with adding in elements from Solstheim, and in so doing have corrected what I saw as an issue for some time now: that Solstheim is apparently cold enough for snow not to melt, yet northern Morrowind doesn't appear to have any snowfall at all. This said, southern Solstheim definitely seems a tad warmer than the north side of that island.

Thanks again!
Good execution; good idea.
