My god, this might be one of my favourite mods of all time, for how incredibly simple and indistinguishable from the rest of the game it is. Balmora Mage Guild is my home and I desperately needed this.
Hmmm tes3cmd must have missed that one, maybe I will try a different program to clean with. Have not made any mods in years lol, but I made a whole load of them in the day.
This is a pretty nice addition to the Balmora Mage's Guild, adding some much needed space for the player to use, including a small alchemy lab with some apprentice equipment. There's also a fair amount of space for displaying and storing items (thankfully, none of the containers have ownership turned on, so storing items in these containers should be safe), and in general these additional rooms blend in pretty well with the Mages Guild aesthetic, making for a nice immersive addition. Overall, the mod works wonderfully and adds a little something for starting mage-like characters without adding anything overpowering, and it also works nicely with Ortiee's Faction Living Quarters so players can use both if they so desire. Endorsed.
There does seem to be one minor dirty reference in the file, "furn_de_rug_big_07", but this can be easily cleaned out using either Enchanted Editor or TES3CMD. Here's a tutorial for EE and another one for TES3CMD if you need it. Otherwise everything looks cleans.
I don't know if this is the author's first mod, but if it is, great job! I look forward to any mods you might release in the future!
Hope you enjoy it, there isn't much to it, but I thought I would share anyway. I currently have a whole pile of ingredients and stuff for enchanting all over the tables now lol. I also found that the large area is good for practicing spells and soul trapping summoned creatures.
Dl'ed and will try this as soon as Im home. I already got the Faction Quarters mod that adds something similar to guilds, factions and great houses but this doesn't seem it will conflict. More living, alchemy and storage space - more fun
