This key will open any lock and has a million uses, so you aren't likely to have any problems with locks at all. to install, simply extract the .zip file into morrowind->data files, then go to the launch screen of the game. Open the data files tab, and double click on the plugin "Kagrenac's Key". Then you can find the key in the location described above.
