Exactly the same, I've been searching for the entrance like crazy for an hour or two then it finally hit me.. Why would you change the exterior . If I am forced to choose between, I'll move on with MRM, tureynulal lagged incredibly when my character faced the main door with this mod anyways.
Not to necro another old discussion, but I actually investigated this. Tureynulal is clean: it legitimately only edits interior cells. Endusal is another matter entirely: it makes changes to a single exterior cell, Red Mountain Region, 1, 7. This is the cell containing the exterior door into Endusal, and it appears that it must be edited because Endusal Redone alters the location said exterior door deposits you on the inside.
I know this is a very old post, but I encountered the same problem just now. DNV_dwrv_wall10.tga seems to be from Darknut's Greater Dwemer Ruins, but I can't find the six missing bookart textures anywhere.
