    Version 1.5 released - this adds compatibility with Tamriel Rebuilt 19.12 and fixes a bug with the configuration menu. This update will require a new save for users of 1.4, but it's good practice to start fresh for Tamriel Rebuilt updates anyway, and the bugfixes here aren't major enough that users of 1.4 should need to switch mid-playthrough if the mod is working for them.

    Hi is there a way to get tents and bedrolls or just bedrolls by themselves?

    This was literally the only mod added to the game besides the essential utilities like script extender etc., and as soon as I start a new game and get through the intro, it's not enough that I get a bunch of pop ups saying how this mod simply isn't working, but it FREEZES THE GAME forcing me to have to exit it.

    The pop ups said something along the lines that the mod is trying to run more functions than the mod itself can handle somehow if that's any clue, judging by what other people have said about the stage progression jumping the gun with super extreme values, I'm guessing something went wrong in the values where the math just ain't checking out and is causing the mod's entire sequence of logic to come crashing down and freeze the game or somethin'.

    This Mod has major conflictions with another mod called Character Sound Overhaul it will break the drinking from a water source / filling bottles and letting you hydrate your character. In order to fix this delete the files in Character Sound Overhaul folder called "Potions" and delete another one called "Water"
    They are found in the paths below of said mod

      Sound>Anu>Movement> Water
      Sound > Anu > Items > Potions

    >>Link to the Character Sound Overhaul i highly suggest it <<
    https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/49654?tab=posts

    I highly suggest this mod its perfect for all mod lists along with the Character Sound Overhaul.

    Well, I am uninstalling this as I cannot even load a game,. it crashes to desktop even when I try to start a NEW game.

    Expression Error Unable to find global variable "BN_HungerScriptActivate" in script BN_HungerScript.

    So I don't know what's going on, but I am sick of wasting an entire weekend on broken, out of date, abandoned and obsolete mods.

    I was looking forward to using

    TheBareNecessities.esp
    TheBareNecssitiesConsole.esp
    Skyrim Crafting for Morrowind GOTY.esp
    The Bare Necessities WanderRA Skyrim Crafting.esp

    It seems that The Bare Necessities WanderRA Skyrim Crafting.esp requires TheBareNecessities (WanderRA edit), but that is simply not available.

    using

    TheBareNecessities.esp
    TheBareNecssitiesConsole.esp
    Skyrim Crafting for Morrowind GOTY.esp
    The Bare Necessities Skyrim Crafting.esp

    let me load a game, but being SLIGHTLY hungry lowered my AGI by 10 points. It is SUPPOSED to lower my Endurance, but 10 points for SLIGHTLY hungry is absurd. It should be -2.

    How can so many old, brokwn, obsoltete and abndoned mods still be up on the Nexus?

    What happened to The Bare Necessities (WanderRA edit)?

    So the Description page says:

    "Hunger applies penalties to Endurance"

    So why do I get -10 to AGI every time I get SLIGHTLY Hungry?

    Also, minus TEN?

    I dread to think what would happen if I was Hungry, Very Hungry, Famished or Starving!

      "cast the BN Adjust spell and the configure menu comes up(no need to use the console ).
      https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/46967"

      I have that mod, but I have no BN Adjust spell. Any ideas?

      I just started a game with
      GameFile10=Skyrim Crafting for Morrowind GOTY.esp
      GameFile11=TheBareNecessities.esp
      GameFile12=TheBareNecssitiesConsole.esp
      GameFile13=The Bare Necessities Skyrim Crafting.esp
      GameFile14=Bottles.esp

      Is that the correct load order?

      Cheers!

    Great mod. I just think that the game's default timescale of 30 is bad with this mod because the effects are happening way too often. With a timescale of 15 it seems much better.

    [The issues I had were due to mod conflicts and not caused by this mod]

      I agree the effects can be a bit much with the vanilla timescale - I usually set mine around the levels you’re describing, but this is something each user will have to determine for themselves - food is pretty common so some people prefer a faster timescale to compensate for that.
      If you could provide any further detail on circumstances where the mod stops working that would be helpful.
      Those messages aren’t part of the vanilla game nor part of this mod, so this may be due to an unanticipated mod conflict/interaction. Are there any other mods in your load order that affect diseases and might account for this?

      Yes, I managed to solve it, there were mod conflicts. The issues were not caused by this mod, it seems to work fine. Edited the post.

      Skyrim's default is 20, 3 min real time = 1 hour in-game. So I set timescale to 4, so 1 hour in-game is 15 minutes real time. This stops me freezing to death every 6 minutes! A Nord dressed in furs, to boot!

      Morrowind's default is 30, so I set timescale to 6 to get the same effect for this mod, although this affects Fatigue, Hunger and Thirst, like Skyrim's RN&D, which has it's own configurator for settings.

    Well, I just started a new game with this installed, and all of a sudden in Seyda Neen there was a massive KKRRRUMMPPPHH!! sound, an instantaneous screen message I could not read and I was over-encumbered!

    Worse, my STR lost 5 points for being SLIGHTLY thirsty, and my AGI lost 10 points for being SLIGHTLY hungry! At level 1, this is way too harsh! Massively, overly, ludicrously harsh, to be honest. I can only just wear a full suit of iron and steel armour and carry an iron longsword and a few ingredients for Alchemy. (Maybe I need a Bag of Holding mod?) :D

    And there is no way to configure anything.

    I would have made it, at suitable time intervals:

    Slightly Thirsty/Hungry/Tired -2
    Thirsty/Hungry/Tired -5
    Very Thirsty/Hungry/Tired -10
    Extremely Thirsty/Famished/Fatigued -20
    Dehydrated/Starving/Exhausted -30, or even -50, so a scroll or spell to get to a safe haven, temple and so on would be urgently needed.

    -10 to anything for SLIGHTLY Hungry is madness!

    And I'd put some Vendors at least in Seyda Neen and Balmora who sell food and drink. Somewhere to safely sleep would also help a lot.

    I loved RN&D, Frostfall and Camping in Skyrim, but there was always massive amounts of food and drink, and water from a Fountain mod. But there is nowhere in Seyda Need to buy bottles of water, or food. And some foods like Crab Pudding and Whickwheat Muffin did not count as food, perhaps because they are from another mod (I'm running Rebirth 6.11 as well).

    I had to drop my Steel shield and Iron cuirass and try to find some water! Luckily I had some bread I could eat, but I had to wander around trying to drink from a puddle to get rid of the thirst.

    Now my Attributes are borked and will not return to normal, despite resting once in the open air outside Seyda Neen, going to Balmora and resting again in the bed at my own custom House mod.

    Good job a squib didn't turn up an paralyse me! :D

    My mods are:

    GameFile0=Morrowind.esm
    GameFile1=Tribunal.esm
    GameFile2=Bloodmoon.esm
    GameFile3=Morrowind Rebirth [Main].ESP
    GameFile4=Morrowind Rebirth - Mercenaries [Addon].ESP

    GameFile16=MultiMarkOMW.esp (works without OpenMW)
    GameFile17=_shb_Mage_Stronghold.esp

    plus a few mesh and texture mods, MWSE, MGE XE and so on.

    Cheers! :)

    I would love to see a OpenMW version of this mod. I'm using NOM instead.

    Mod is unfortunately pretty bugged. Stats are messed up even after eating and resting, and I can't even use the tent. Sneaking while activating does nothing but for some reason the bedroll works fine.
