I have a small suggestion. In the Lighting section, you could have added an option to have both Linear and Quadratic enabled at the same time. More info about the Light Attenuation section here. You can have all three attenuation values, Constant, Linear and Quadratic. Also, you caould add a line for "OutQuadInLin=1" too.
PS:Also there is no 'Browse' button for me. Its 'Search' button. Also, I think its better if yoou disabled NMM download option, since this isn't a mod, per se.
