King's Oath Fix

Description:
In-game dialogues and journal entries suggested that some exceptional members of Royal Guard wield King's Oath blades, but that wasn't the case.
This plugin adds King's Oath to Helseth's personal guard members (the ones in the throne room, except Tienius Delitian and Karrod).
Be warned: this change made them much more dangerous!

Installation:
1. Unpack the contents of this archive to your game folder.
2. Activate the "KingsOathFix.esp" plugin in the Data Files menu of the game launcher.
