    Great mod!
The following plugins are dirty and require cleaning:

    - Better Morrowind Armor.esp
    - LeFemmArmor.esp

Old comment, but these plugins are part of the compatibility patches present in the download.

While I like this mod in theory, I simply can't abide the changes made to the way armour is categorised based on their weight, because it makes the mod utterly incompatible with several amazing armour mods.

when I use this, it tells me the each item's armor rating increases alot but the total armor of my character decreases

Every armor that doesn't start out in a container of some sort has its vanilla health/new health, is there any way to fix this?

EDIT: I dun goofed - It's an OpenMW issue regarding folders with certain symbols (such as '&').
That's what I get for naming it 'A&WO', hohoho.

[STRIKE]I'd like to report a very unfortunate issue: for whatever reason, neither this nor your Weapon Overhaul work with OpenMW.

Either that or I screwed up something. I load the mods in OpenMW's launcher, and start the game...
    And then, while loading:

FATAL ERROR: The package for Weapons Overhaul.esp doesn't exist
    (or something like that)
or Armor Overhaul.esp if that's the one that tries to load first.

I registered the mods' folders on openmw.cfg as usual, and thus far these are the only mods I've had issues with.
Shame, since I really do like both your overhauls.[/STRIKE]

Heya Hollaajith, love the mod! Great job re balancing everything!

I'm having trouble getting Better Morrowind Armor to work with your Overhaul. I know there's some patch files included in 1.3, but I can't seem to get the two to play nice. I installed BMA first, then your overhaul, then copied over the .esp's included over the BMA .esp's, but still no dice. Am I going about it wrong?

You need to use the esp from my mod instead of the one that comes with Better Morrowind Armor, which you seem to be doing right. What exactly is the problem ?

Make sure the Better Morrowind Armor patch esp loads after my overhaul esp.

      Evenin',

I've followed your instructions, and it seems now that the values for armour (weight, AR, etc. ) are all correct, but the BWA meshes aren't coming through. Specifically, female variants of armour are not taking on the meshes from BMA.

I'd love to use both in conjunction, and it seems like that's entirely possible. I'm sure I've just goofed something up along the way.

Would the mod install order, as in which one was installed first, and then overwritten with the later install, through the Nexus Mod Manager mean anything?

I think the load order rather than the install order is the culprit. Looks like my mod isloaded later, which is overriding the changes from BMA.

Also, which of the BMA esps are you using specifically ?

Only the main .esp, I've left off every other .esp.

Mods are loaded from top to bottom, correct?

I checked my patch, all of the modified armors have female body part loaded. I can't see what could be causing the issue. Can you PM me the plugin load order, preferebly from wrye mash or mlox?

I really like the changes you've made. Is a patch for Tamriel Rebuilt in the works, or is that outside the realm of possibilities?

I could make a patch for TR. No problem. But it'll have to wait.

My laptop short circuited, so It'll have to wait till it gets fixed. and also there are a couple of other mods I was working on. I would like to finish those first but if I get the mood, I can do it before. Probably takes a day or two to do, tricky part slotting the new armors within the range

How this compare to BTB's changes??

BTB's equipment module (only ESP which conflict with mine) does more than just balance armor. It also changes other items. Mine just changes armor. Also, in armor changes I change more things than BTB. I believe he reduced the values a bit too much and I've increased weight of Medium and Heavy armor quite a bit.

I'd load my mod later than BTB's so that chamges I made stick, or if you prefer BTB's changes don't use my mod. Since I changed some GMSTs his mod would srew up if loaded later than mine, mainly in terms of weight classification of armor.

This is really wonderful (and the weapons balancing too). I've tried to do this myself, so I know what tedious work it is, and your logic and balance is better than mine, so I plan on using these.

The problem I have when using other mods is that I have to tailor the armor (weapons) in each of those mods by hand to match the core balance. I don't mind doing the work. For each release of say, Tamriel Rebuilt, its a big project however.

So, I use HELLUVA armors and weapons: http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/38976/?

I'm not suggesting that you do balancing for this mod, but one part of what I like about it is that is has a weapon and armor completion sets, filling in the armor (and weapon) types that are missing from the sets in the vanilla game.

edit: actually, I wonder how compatible the two mods (yours and HELLUVA) are together with the Balancing plugins at the link above. Can you take a look at its calculations and advise?

Spiffyman has been very thorough on each aspect of balancing to arrive at the stats, while every stat seems reasonable, I feel the gold values are a bit too low for high-end items, compared to mine. If you use both the mods and load mine last, then you'll get non-vanilla items to be cheaper than vanilla items of similar quality.
