This mod adds a beautiful new island to the West Gash Region near Khuul. I actually made this mod as my interior/exterior showcase for the Tamriel Rebuilt project but I spent so much time on it and I liked it so much that I thought I would release it here for others to enjoy.
Longtime Morrowind players know the pleasant sanctuary island with the waterfall near Khuul. This mod adds a tranquil island that is reminiscent of that island only larger.
Here are some of the things you will find in this mod: a personal Shack to call home or just a place to spend the night, a cozy hammock to laze around in while you watch the waves roll in, a beacon rock used by the previous island resident, a dilapidated dock which is in need of repair, a mid-sized semi-collapsed Ancestral Tomb for you to explore, a grave for the recently passed island resident, large arch rocks to walk under and admire. And the view from the beacon rock is great.
Officially, this would qualify as an eye-candy mod. But the island fits so well with the rest of the game it's like it was already there. I can't ever turn it off in my own game.
To get to the island you must talk to a Dunmer man who is on the docks in Khuul by the small skiff tied up there. He can also tell you a little about the island.
The Island: Aln'Baldrahn is featured in the first episode of Morrowind Modding Showcases.
