Converts the Vivec Plazas as 'Interiors behaving as Exteriors'. So now the Plaza experiences the weather like rain, sunshine etc.

Now includes alternate plugin for Windows Glow and Illuminated Windows.

Requires MCP's "Rain Collision Fix" to be activated to avoid rain from falling through the roof.
