Were you disappointed with the bland Factor's Estate that you were rewarded for completing the East Empire Company quests in the Bloodmoon expansion? I was, and if you were too, look no further!
This mod makes the Factor's Estate a home fit for the Nerevarine. It adds a bunch of new stuff including a merchant, shrines, & aesthetic decor!

Factor's Estate Improved seeks to modernize and revamp the plain, and quite frankly forgettable Factor's Estate present in the vanilla game.
I was so excited after finally being rewarded with my own player home in Raven Rock upon completing the East Empire Company quests, but when I checked it out, I just didn't feel like it was a player home worthy of being....well, a home. It wasn't somewhere I wanted my Nerevarine to set up shop, and it didn't have that magic I was looking for. So I decided to take a crack at changing that myself!
I wholeheartedly believe that you'll love my new & improved version of the Factor's Estate, and I hope you'll try it out for yourself, and maybe consider adding it to your load order the next time you're running through Morrowind! :D
This mod adds:
-A Merchant (that also repairs, enchants, etc.)
-Improved Fireplace Lighting
-A Cozier Bedroom
-Additional Safe Storage
-Improved Decor fit for the Nerevarine
-A Bookcase for your favorite Uncle Crassius literature (and/or your other favorite books)
-Shrines to Pray to for Blessings
-Other Minor Tweaks & Improvements!
