+Removes ownership of Duras bed, footlocker, and all other containers to avoid the players items being considered stolen.

+Adds more lighting inside the house (if it's too bright you can always just look around for the lanterns/torches and pick them up) and also adds a few lanterns on the outside walls.
+Adds a trapdoor on the top floor that leads to the roof with some decoration.
+Adds shelving and containers on the bottom 3 floors.

+Changes the small round table on the bottom floor for a bigger rectangular table.
+Changes some tapestries to give some more color to the house.
