This ring is on the table of the Seyda Neen Census Office, on the table behind the dagger and next to the bread. It offers 100% Chameleon effect as well as 100 points of Night-Eye. For people who want to be able to see everything, without being seen themselves. It's quite overpowered, but I don't care. Download it or don't, your call.
