MORROWIND:
The Face of the Hortator

=======================================
1. SUMMARY
=======================================
"The Indoril masks were official, and they each depicted his true visage. There was also a special Daedric helmet version in the Morrowind Art Book, but its look depicted his more terrible aspect as Hortator and Padomaic champion."
- Dev commentary on Nerevar's face being the Indoril helm, http://www.imperial-library.info/content/forum-archives-michael-kirkbride

After Nerevar's death, his remains fell into the hands of the Tribunal priesthood. His belongings were scattered: his blade broken, his signet ring lost, his signs of office divided among the Houses. His war-mask, though, was kept by the Temple, who built a shrine for it on the shores of Lake Nabia. In time the veneration of Saint Nerevar waned: his great actions became mere lines in the annals of the Tribunal's greatness, and Ashlander heretics clung to his name. The remote temple of Ashur-Anit was abandoned, and lost forevermore to the shifting ashes of Molag Amur. At least, so it would be if someone hadn't started digging down there ...

This mod adds the Face of the Hortator, a unique unenchanted Daedric helmet, hidden within a large dungeon in Molag Amur. The entrance can be found on the north shore of Lake Nabia, in the Molag Amur region. You can follow the Nabia river straight north from Suran, or take the road across the Dwemer bridge of Arkngthand, east of Balmora. Or use the propylon at Marandus, on the opposite side of the lake. Look for a mine entrance marked with a red light.
