You can now buy a rowboat at Ald Velothi for 500 drakes or a Skiff at Hla Oad for 300 drakes and hop on it and travel on water. The boat cannot break and moving is the same controls as walking. You cannot run in the boat. You cannot run in the boat so I suggest you also download Better Walking or Better Running to increase speed when walking so using the boat won't be too slow. To exit the boat simply drop the boat from your inventory.
