I really liked this mod in the beggining but its starting to annoy me now. I love the Morag Tong attacks and that you will be attacked randomly pretty much everywhere, not just when sleeping.
Once I reached about level 20 these attacks started happening once or twice a day. I'm level 23 now and am getting 2 a day consistantly, way to frequent. That doesn't even allow time for the failed attempt to be reported let alone assign the contract to a new assassin and then for them to find you. Its forcing me to run the dark brotherhood quests early just to stop the attacks.
Less frequent attacks would be an improvement.
Edit: After writing this I remembered there was and second easier .esp included with the download. I've installed that and will update on how less frequent the attacks are. Edit 2: Nope, still way to often for me, multiple times a day everyday. Some kind of timer so there is at least a day between attacks would make this a must have. Edit 3: What did you use to compile your scripts? I wanted to increase the time between attacks and no matter what I use, MWEdit, Enchanted Editor or the Creation Kit gives me all kinds of different errors in a whole bunch of your scripts. Syntax, unknown refrences, etc... I fix one and two more pop up, did you have MWSE installed? I'm uninstalling because its become just plain annoying now.
This is the best version of this kind of mod. But I would like a version where DB attacks are only dependent on your political standing (hortator, nerevarine, house leader, main quest advancement) while leaving other types of attacks, which are awesome.
My thoughts exactly, would love to see a version like this too as it doesn't make sense imo for the Dark Brotherhood attacks to happen until that point. There are other mods that accomplish this, but don't have the awesome Morag Tong attacks for ranking Great House members.
Have you considered expanding the mod to allow Sixth House Assassins to spawn and attack the player during certain parts of the main quest? That would be pretty cool.
That would be awesome. Instead of a single Ash Zombie like in vanilla, also include Ash Slaves, Ash Ghouls and Dreamers in random/leveled number and combination.
You are the second person to report the CTD, which is strange because these are the same script used in my other mod but none reported it there. I'll look into it. Something seems screwy.
Appreciate more info like, was it when attacked during sleep or in wilderness? did the assassin die before teleporting, like was he playing death animation while teleporting?
I found a post on the official forums saying it might be a conflict with Xiran's Better Music System. Turned that off and that fixed the problem. Thanks!

It disables assassin from teleporting.
If the player owns Tel Uvirith and sleeps there, add a random chance for, instead of an assassin attack, a dead assassin to spawn in the tower dungeon
