Although the readme is very straightforward, I am having difficulty getting this to install. I'm using Morrowind from Steam, and so I did have to create a "Textures" directory in the " " Data Files" folder, but still no luck. I've installed simple texture replacing mods like this before, but for some reason this one isn't working. Any advice?

How to Install Morrowind Plug-ins
These are replacement textures. You need to install the replacement to get the mod to work. You can't dynamically change the crosshair in-game.
