This is fairly compatible with Kilcunda's Balmora. The only issue you'll encounter are the side walls in the temple overlap with the guard tower wall stationed behind it, one of the stairs leading to a southern towers is half buried by landscaping, but still functional; the Balmora house adds a L-shaped staircase that overlaps a few crates and an awing. All of these are fixable, if anyone is curious about compatibility and doesn't require any advanced skills with the CS. Or you can disable all of those items in-game with console command.
I made a patch for it, but it appears that Kilcunda might be updating it with the new mesh additions (hopefully). If they don't release an update within a few weeks, I'll release what I've got :3
So guys, i installed this on my expanded Suran, and now my beautifull Suran is broken. Any way to uninstall this? Meshes seem to remain from the mod even if i remove esm file
not bad looking at all) really like the way balmora looks and endorsed. unfortunately the ne guard tower sits right on top of kristy's house 1.0 (nexus mods#44063) by kristy kistic. if the guard tower were moved to accomidate kristy's house then it would be great to use both mods together. i use the house mod as my main base. either way this mod is well done thanks for the work you put into it)
So I didn't see anywhere to post a bug for this but I found that in the Eastern Guard Tower that once I went inside there was no door for me to go back threw and the wall to the left of that area was also missing so I could see the area below. I have pictures if needed. For anyone who wants to fix it himself - the door and doorway are actually in place - just the hallway the door is in has the wrong rotation. So just open the plugin with the construction set. Go to the cell 'Balmora, Eastern Guard Tower'. Search for the object 'in_hlaalu_hall_3way' that is changed and double click it in the render window to open its attributes and change the z-axis rotation from 90 to 360. Then save it. (Don't forget to clean the plugin)
I love this mod and how much character it adds to Balmora! Would it be possible to make a patch for the Illuminated Order? It adds a house right where the new stairs for the NE guard tower and also where the house for sale are.
By "houses for sale" do you mean some houses included in Walled City of Balmora or ones from Houses For Sale by Coleen & Andoreth? Or maybe even Houses for Sale by somesz?
One of the plugins in there ("Illuminated Order v1.0 (IndyBank WC Compatible).esp") is an edited version of Illuminated Order, whilst the creator was looking at compatibility between Indy Bank and IO that plugin is designed for people who use the version of Indy Bank which includes Walled City of Balmora (Hargreth's original).
That maybe worth looking at (if you're still Morrowind-ing). I'd appreciate any feedback if that works for you and I can add something into mlox for other people.
[Edit: Just loaded up "Illuminated Order v1.0 (IndyBank WC Compatible).esp" and WH-Reapers Walled City plugin in the CS and if the problem is the IO-added Demnevanni Manor then it looks OK in the TES:CS. OK, it could be blended in a little better but there's no obvious clipping]

Using Unique Balmora will just mean that the structures added by this mod use the default Hlaalu textures.
